A voice that unites across borders through art.
Born on December 9, 1989, in Olavarría, Buenos Aires Province, Argentina, Alandra demonstrated a profound connection to the artistic world from a young age. This interest led her to cultivate her talent through various courses and workshops, laying the foundation for a solid education. Her pursuit of knowledge took her to the University of the Argentine Social Museum in Buenos Aires, where she graduated with a degree in Visual Arts with a focus on Painting.
Alandra's career is characterized by constant evolution and a keen sensitivity to social issues. Her vision, which fuses the local with the global, is manifested in high-impact projects such as "Albinism, achromatic survival". This initiative, which seeks to raise awareness about albinism, an often marginalized topic, reflects her commitment to inclusion and diversity.
Her goal of holding the first worldwide exhibition of this project in Copenhagen, Denmark, where she currently resides, demonstrates her ambition and her ability to think on a global scale.
Her arrival in Europe in 2019, after being awarded a scholarship and selected for an artistic residency in Barcelona, Spain, marked a turning point in her career. Despite the closure of the residency due to economic problems, she demonstrated remarkable resilience by deciding to remain in Europe and continue her artistic development. This decision, far from being an obstacle, became an opportunity to expand her horizons and strengthen her commitment to art as a tool for social transformation. Currently, she has been awarded another scholarship and selected to pursue a Master's degree in Arts and Culture Management at Rome Business School, which evidences her continuous professional growth and her search for new tools to manage large-scale cultural projects. Additionally, she works actively with her association, Soleá, to fund "Albinism, achromatic survival". This joint effort underscores her leadership capacity and her commitment to cultural self-management.
Alandra's story is a testament to perseverance, talent, and social commitment. Her work, which transcends geographical and cultural boundaries, invites reflection and dialogue on issues relevant to contemporary society
